Plato
This is an MIT site which contains almost 400 classical Greek and Roman texts, including all of Plato's works. Full text searching of the archive is available although it wasn't working when I tried it. If you're looking for any Greek or Roman works, this is a good place to start.
All of Plato's works are available for download, including Timaeus and Critias.
